Faulty or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

Exchanges

Need a different size? Let us know and we'll sort an exchange, subject to stock availability. Postage for size changes is at the customers expense.
